    • قالت إيران الخميس إنها طلبت مساعدة مالية من صندوق النقد الدولي الذي لم تستدن منه منذ عام 1962 لمساعدتها على مكافحة الجائحة التي يسببها فيروس كورونا المستجد.

    وكتب وزير الخارجية الإيراني محمد جواد ظريف على تويتر "طلب مصرفنا المركزي إتاحة الوصول" إلى أداة التمويل السريع لدى صندوق النقد الدولي، وحض مجلس الصندوق على الرد على الطلب "بمسؤولية".
